Seven days
If a piece does not settle into your home, you may return it within seven days of its arrival. Unused, unwashed, and in its original wrapping. We ask this gently —
How to begin
Write to us at hello@kisetsu.studio with your order number. We will reply with return instructions within two working days. Return shipping is the customer's care; we recommend a tracked service.
Refunds & the restocking fee
Our matcha is not available for refund, all sales are final. However, our ceramics and more expensive are eligible for refund we kindly ask for a small keeping of $10 for restocking. Please contact hello@kisetsu.studio.
If a piece arrives broken
Photograph the parcel and the piece as you found it, and write to us within 48 hours. We will replace it where stock allows, or refund in full.
Final sale
Sample-sale pieces, seconds, and gift cards, and matcha are not eligible for return.
