When pieces leave us

Orders are packed and dispatched within six working days of order placed. Our matcha and other accessories come from seperate studios so please beware they may arrive at different times.

We ship worldwide. Transit times vary by destination:

Duties & customs

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes set by the destination country. These are the recipient's responsibility and are not included in the order total.

Tracking

A tracking number arrives by email the moment your parcel leaves the studio. If it has been longer than expected, write to us at hello@kisetsu.studio.
